2	What courier partners does Marketfront support?	Marketfront supports FedEx, BlueDart, India Post as courier partners
3	What is the license model of Marketfront?	Marketfront licensing model is flat subscription fees based. We dont charge on per order basis.
4	What is the support process of Marketfront?	The support tickets can be raised through helpdesk.marketfront.in. As per severity of the ticket the support team responds back with the ticket resolution
5	What features are currently supported by Marketfront?	As part of basic version, Marketfront supports orders processing, inventory update, price updates of the marketplace listings. As part of advanced version, it supports inventory forecasting, pricing recommendations, reconciliations.

8	What is the pricing model of Marketfront? Do you charge per order or per month?	No. We dont charge per order basis currently. Our model is purely subscription fees basis

13	How do you support my online store?	If your store is built on Magento or Shopify, our system supports readily these stores. It takes a day to integrate with your store and operate out of Marketfront.
14	Do you support offline stores?	Currently we dont support with offline stores
15	Which regions you support currently?	Currently we are supporting India region. But soon we will support USA and Europe regions
16	Which currency you support?	Indian Rupees
17	Is your system GST complaint?	Yes. Our system is GST complaint.
18	Can I file my taxes through your system?	No. You can download the reports and file the taxes in offline method.
19	Can you help me in international selling?	No. We dont support international selling as of now.
20	How can I track the order delivery through your system?	As of now we dont support delivery tracking through our system. But soon we are going to build this capability.
21	Is Marketfront available on free trail?	Yes. Marketfront is available on free trail basis for initial 3 months
22	Is non-cloud version available for Marketfront?	No. We purely offer it as cloud based version
