3 | I see Marletplaces Order Status value is different from Marketfront Order Status value. Where can I see the mapping? | Marketfront maps all different marketplaces order statuses to standardised status values to simplify seller experience. |
4 | What is out-of-stock order? How can I fix it? | If an order is visible in out of stock list, means that, for that order there is no sufficient inventory for that SKU in the marketfront. User can procure the inventory and upload the inventory to the respective warehouse. Once the inventory is in place, system automatically moves the out-of-stock order to assign warehouse stage. |
5 | At what frequency your product pulls the orders from Marketplaces? | System pulls the orders from all the marketplaces for every 2 hours. |
6 | Is there any way to turn off orders syncing at channel level | By setting Orders Sync flag at channel to OFF you can disable orders pulling to Marketfront |

8 | What is customer verification in orders processing? | It is a process to reconfirm the customer's address before processing the order. This step would eliminate unintended orders there by loss to sellers. |
9 | what if I don’t verify customer of the order received? | The order would be lying in customer verification bucket till the verification is complete. |
10 | Can I edit the customer's address of the order? | Yes. You can rectify the customer's address. |
11 | What type of orders (Marketplace fulfilled, Seller fulfilled) are supported for processing the orders? | As Marketplace fulfilled orders are taken care by the respective marketplaces, Marketfront pulls the day wise reports for seller's convinience. For seller fulfilled orders Marketfront enables address verification, assign warehouse, process orders stages to fulfil the order. |
12 | What is the flow of orders processing in Marketfront? | When the order comes, as the first step Marketfront checks if the sufficient inventory is in place to fulfill the order. If the sufficient inventory is in place, the order gets parked in customer verification stage. If the user completes customer verification, the order gets moved to assign warehouse stage. If user assigns the right warehouse to the order, the orders gets moved to process order stage, where user creates pick list for picking the stock and proceeds to packing stage. |
13 | How can I generate packing labels in Marketfront? | You can find label printing utility under Orders/Generate Packing Labels through which warehouse wise packing labels can be generated in pdf format. |
14 | What is the importance of warehouse assignment to order? | It is important step in processing orders. At this step user can decide from which warehouse the order is getting fulfilled based on the inventory and delivery time. |
15 | Can I overwrite the warehouse once it was assigned previously? | No. You can't change the warehouse once you assign a warehouse to the order. |
16 | How can I know how many orders shipment on a given day? | Under Orders/Seller Shipments you can view day wise shipments created in the system |

19 | How do I know how many orders are pending on per SKU basis? | In the pick stage, you can use search by SKU through which system provides pending SKU wise orders count. |
20 | What is the batch size parameter inportance in pick task? | The batch size defines the number of orders required in the pick task. |
21 | What is single order? What is multiple order? | Single order is order containing one SKU with one unit. Multi order is order containing multiple SKU with multiple units. |
